Introduction

In Qarma, we use a sampling method to clearly define how many products an inspector should check. This allows the final report to reflect the number of products or cartons inspected. The level of detail also affects the sampling approach. For example, a warehouse inspection may indicate 100%, but in this case, the inspector primarily checks carton conditions to ensure no water damage occurred during transport. The reason it shows 100% is that all cartons are checked, but not necessarily the individual products inside.

Sampling Method

In Qarma, all inspections are linked to a sampling method agreed upon with the customer. Qarma is generally based on the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). More information about AQL can be found hereHowever, the sampling method can be customized to align with the customer's specific setup.

An example of a customized sampling method could be:

This can be tailored to your needs, with the option to choose different sampling methods based on products, product categories, or suppliers to control the inspection level.
