The Covered products feature in Qarma lets you link one document to several products at once. This saves time and prevents duplicate uploads when the same documentation applies to multiple products.
When to use covered products
This function becomes available when multiple products in Qarma have triggered the same requirement — for example, a shared test report or certification.
Instead of uploading the same file for each product, you can upload it once and mark which additional products it covers.

Adding covered products
You can only use the Covered products function when the same requirement has been triggered by the same supplier.
This ensures that documents are only shared across valid and matching compliance cases.
To add covered products:
- Go to the document you’ve just uploaded.
- On the right-hand side, find the Covered products section.
- Click Add products.
- Select any other products that the document should apply to.
- Click Done to confirm.
These products will now appear in the list under the same document, meaning it covers them all.

That’s it!
Your uploaded document now covers multiple products — no need to repeat uploads for each one.
This helps ensure consistency and saves time when working across product families.
