In Qarma, there are two models of managing production units (production units in Qarma means factories or production sites).
- Delegated model. Each supplier has its own list of production units. If two suppliers use the same production unit, it will be present twice.
- Managed model. There is a total list of production units, and each supplier reference the ones they use.

Production unit B is only present one time in the data, and all suppliers reference this production unit.
