Checkpoint Types
Standard
Allows input of status, pictures, and comments.
Measurements
Enables manual creation of a measurement table with relevant specifications and tolerances.
Can be automatically enriched with order data or product data.
Multiple Choice
Can be configured for single or multiple selections.
Each option can have a name, detailed description, custom color, and an indicator that marks the checkpoint as failed if a particular choice is selected.
Text
Allows free text input in fields, such as the address of a supplier.
Limited to a row-only setup.
Text Table
Allows free text input in a customizable table with adjustable rows and columns.
Barcode
Provides a barcode scanning checkpoint, utilizing the inspector's camera.
Can verify the scannability of a barcode and, if enriched with order/product data, validate if it is the expected barcode.
Can be automatically enriched with order data or product data.
Instruction Details
Displays information to the inspector during the inspection.
Can be used to instruct the inspector on what information to fill in or how to take pictures.
Can also provide specific notices to the inspector to be particularly attentive at that checkpoint.
Attachments
Allows files to be attached to checkpoints, making them available to the inspector.
Extra Parameters
Show Status Buttons
Can be disabled to prevent the inspector from setting a status for that checkpoint.
Add Visual Space Below Checkpoint
Adds a visual space below the checkpoint, visible both on the web and in the app for the inspector.
Mandatory to Fill In
Requires information input for the checkpoint before the inspection can be submitted. This could be a comment, status, or picture.
Mandatory to Take Pictures
Requires a picture to be taken for the checkpoint before the inspection can be submitted.
