To facilitate clear communication among inspectors and various stakeholders, the Qarma account incorporates a defect category list. The defect list is customizable to accommodate the customer's requirements. Its purpose is to map out potential defects that may occur on the products, tailored to the customer's specific needs. 


Structure of Defects in Qarma

Typically, we observe defect lists structured in 2 or 3 layers, providing organization and establishing a robust foundation for data input and analysis. Following onboarding, the defect list serves analytical and statistical purposes within Qarma. If you have no Defect List classification, Qarma can offer it's best practice related to your product group.
