The defect list is customizable to accommodate the customer's requirements. Its purpose is to map out potential defects that may occur on the products, tailored to the customer's specific needs. Typically, we observe defect lists structured in 2 or 3 layers, providing organization and establishing a robust foundation for data input and analysis.

Following onboarding, the defect list serves analytical and statistical purposes within Qarma.
