The following guide explains and visualizes how to perform a Multi SKU inspection.
It will only be available if the function is enabled. To enable the function, please contact Qarma Support.
Concept:
The Multi SKU inspection enables the inspector to perform inspections on orders with multiple SKUs, which can be checked and approved independently or together. The feature groups items together into one interface if the criteria mentioned below are met.
Criteria for creating a Multi SKU inspection
Before performing a Multi SKU inspection, the following requirements must be met for the system to automatically create a Multi SKU inspection. If these four criteria are not met, it will result in the app creating individual inspection when downloading the inspections.
Requirements: | |
1. Same PO | |
2. Same Checklist | |
3. Same Inspection type | |
4. All items downloaded |
In the downloading phase, download all the items you want to inspect.
After the inspection is downloaded, press on one of the inspections to open the Multi SKU inspection view.
Navigating between the Order-level checklist and Item-level checklist
A Multi SKU inspection consists of two checklist levels. The first level is the 'Order-level Checklist', as illustrated in the first picture below. The Order-level checklist consists of the three main tabs ‘Checklist, Defects and Order Info’.
The order-level checklist will apply to all items on the order, and you unfold each checkpoint to set item-specific status or take item-specific photos.
The 'Item-level checklist' is entered by pressing on the individual item.
Note: The text at the top of the app can be used as an indication of operation level.
It either shows the PO number or the item number depending on the checklist level.
To switch between the two views, press on the back arrow at the top of the left screen.
Performing the inspection
On the Order-level checklist, it is possible to set the same status for all the items or create individual statuses or comments. This depends on whether the checkpoint is folded or unfolded.
When the checkpoint is folded, the same status is set for all the items.
However, it is possible to unfold the checkpoints to set individual statuses.
The picture below illustrates the first two checkpoints being folded, which means the same status is set for both items.
The third checkpoint is unfolded, and individual statuses can be assigned.
The outcome of the above actions is the following result on the item level:
Instead of performing the inspection with the Order-level Checklist, it is also possible to do the inspection item-by-item.
Note: It is not possible to overwrite a checkpoint status with the Order-level Checklist if a status already is given on the Item-level. In case a specific status has been given to one item, and you want to return to the Order-level Checklist, it is needed to unfold the checkpoint to give the status to the remaining SKU's.
Setting the status of the items and submitting the inspection
The inspection conclusion of each item is set individually by pressing the three dots on the main inspection screen.
When each inspection has a status, it is possible to submit the inspection by first pressing 'Summary and Submit' followed by pressing 'End Inspection'.
