When an inspection has been downloaded to a device, it cannot be downloaded on another device. It is locked as shown with this padlock icon in the app:
If it needs to be downloaded again, go to the Edit page of the inspection on the web site
(search, e.g. PO number and click Edit).
Here you will see the inspection has a Downloaded label. Click and press Unlock to make it possible to download the inspection again:
