Why is the inspection locked?

When an inspection is downloaded to a device using the Qarma app, it becomes locked. This prevents multiple users from editing the same inspection at the same time, which helps avoid data conflicts.

You’ll see a lock icon next to the inspection in the app when it’s locked.




If it needs to be downloaded again, go to the Edit page of the inspection on the web site
(search, e.g. PO number and click Edit). 


Here you will see the inspection has a Downloaded label. Click and press Unlock to make it possible to download the inspection again:
