Introduction

When a customer is onboarded to the Qarma Quality Module, specific elements must be identified and established in collaboration with the customer. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to each customer to guide and steer the onboarding process.

To ensure a comprehensive setup of the Qarma account, customers are requested to review the following pages of information prior to the kick-off meeting.


Onboarding process

The typical onboarding process for quality is outlined below.

A standard onboarding process for you as a customer includes a pilot phase, allowing you to test the system with guidance from the Qarma team. During this phase, we provide training for your inspectors whether they are internal QC's, supplier QC or third party QC. Not only do we offer training, we also provide best practice in terms of checklistsdefect lists and unlimited support through our support portal etc. 


The end of the pilot phase doesn’t mean our support stops. We remain available for unlimited assistance, whether you have questions about the system or need help with potential improvements to your account.
