Normally when you export data from the export page, you will receive an email with the results, typically within a few minutes.
Starting Januar 2024 we have experience these emails being caught in Spam filters for those customers using Office365 as email provider.
As end-user, there is nothing you can do about this: the emails are not in your spam/junk folder. Please reach out to email@example.com with information about the time range and settings used for the export, and we will help you out.
For system administrators
As a system administrator, you can see the emails and release them in the Quarantine list that can be checked here: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine?viewid=Email
You can find the email from Qarma with the links to the export data and then press Release.
When releasing the email, also submit it to Microsoft and request for it not to be blocked again. This should solve the problem.
